About The Position

The Celebrations & Recreation Coordinator is responsible for coordinating parties, celebrations, rentals, recreational programming, and supporting daily operations at Allstar Pizza & More. This role helps ensure guests have an exceptional experience while assisting leadership with operational execution, team support, event management, and facility readiness.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate birthday parties, celebrations, and group events.
• Ensure party spaces are prepared and ready for guests.
• Support Hospitality Hosts and event staff.
• Assist with event scheduling, setup, and execution.
• Deliver memorable guest experiences.
• Oversee Open Play activities.
• Assist with pickleball and volleyball programming.
• Support leagues, tournaments, camps, and special events.
• Ensure recreation areas remain safe, clean, and organized.
• Promote participation and community engagement.
• Assist leadership with daily operational needs.
• Support staffing, cleanliness, and execution standards.
• Jump into operational roles as business needs require.
• Monitor facility presentation and guest-facing areas.
• Assist with inventory, setup, breakdown, and organization.
• Help train and coach team members when appropriate.
• Identify problems and proactively provide solutions.
• Lead by example through urgency, accountability, and professionalism.
• Demonstrate strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Maintain a positive and guest-focused attitude.
• Support Allstar's culture and standards.
• Be flexible and willing to assist wherever needed.
