This role involves client/project development, resource management, and supervision of construction activities, focusing on contract administration and management of scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, and change management. The position requires independent judgment in problem-solving, directing administrative and field staff, and assisting in all phases of construction projects. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing progress and final estimates, managing project administration from pre-construction to closeout, and having significant profit/loss responsibility. The role also involves developing and maintaining project schedules, coordinating with stakeholders, conducting site inspections, preparing status reports, managing project documentation, identifying and resolving issues, participating in meetings, and mentoring junior staff.
