About The Position

SkyShare is seeking a passionate and skilled Citation CE-525 Captain to join our team in Salt Lake City, Utah. This role is part of our Part 135 flight department, where you will utilize your flying expertise to deliver clients the highest level of service and safety. Requirements

• Must have recent single-pilot jet experience
• Minimum 2800 hours total flight time
• 250 hours as PIC
• 500 hours of multi-engine
• 300 hours of jet experience
• 200 hours of instrument time
• FAA Commercial or Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate with appropriate category and class
• Valid FAA 1st Class Medical Certificate
• FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit
• FAA Instrument Rating
• Valid U.S. passport and driver’s license
• Current IFR knowledge and experience
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Must be able to pass TSA background checks and secure an appropriate SIDA badge when applicable
• Must reside within 1 hour of the SLC Airport or commit to relocating within two months of hire. Commuting is not an option for this position.

Nice To Haves

• Garmin 1000/3000 preferred
• Prior Part 135 experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Ensure strict compliance with FAA regulations, company policies, checklists, and best practices.
• Perform duties of up to 14 hours per day during trips for as many as 8 consecutive days, often crossing multiple time zones and navigating drastically different weather conditions.
• Be available for overnight trips, spending several days and nights away from home in hotels.
• Manage sleep effectively to ensure readiness for flight duty.
• Handle and care for animals before, during, and after flights.
