About The Position

Fluidstack is seeking a CDU Deployment Project Manager to run CDU deployment across sites end to end. This includes delivery scheduling, rigging, placement, piping tie-ins, fill, and startup handover. The role involves coordinating mechanical contractors, manufacturing, and commissioning to ensure units are installed in sequence with data hall readiness. The Project Manager will own the deployment schedule per site, managing hundreds of units per building, and will be responsible for reporting any slips with recovery plans. A key aspect of the role is to standardize the install package, lift plans, torque specs, and flush-and-fill procedures to ensure consistent installation across all sites. Fluidstack is focused on delivering large-scale AI compute infrastructure rapidly and efficiently, rethinking every layer of the stack from power acquisition to data center operation.

Requirements

Project-managed installation of major mechanical equipment (chillers, CRAHs, skids, CDUs) at scale.
Coordinated rigging and logistics inside a live construction site.
Ability to track hundreds of line items without losing one.
Experience writing or enforcing installation procedures that contractors actually followed.
