About The Position

Manager, Business Operations CAN The Manager, Business Operations CAN is responsible for driving organizational success through strategic planning, execution, and operational oversight while leading District Managers operating in the field. This role oversees cross‑functional initiatives, process improvements, and technology integration to support growth and efficiency. The position manages client and stakeholder relationships, ensures compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards, and tracks performance through key performance indicators to deliver actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Requirements

  • Ability to develop and execute business strategies using market analysis and data‑driven decision making
  • Experience driving operational efficiency and managing complex projects from planning through execution
  • Capability to assess risk, ensure regulatory compliance, and establish performance metrics to improve outcomes
  • Associate degree, high school education, bachelor’s degree, or graduate level education
  • 4–6 years experience in relevant field

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to support organizational goals while monitoring market trends to identify growth and improvement opportunities
  • Manage expenses, track revenue, and analyze financial data to support profitability targets and provide reporting to senior leadership
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, support technology integration, and ensure smooth system transitions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and business partners while supporting contract negotiations and serving as a key stakeholder contact
  • Lead major initiatives from planning through execution by coordinating cross‑functional teams to deliver results on time and within budget
  • Identify potential business risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and ethical standards
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators, provide performance reporting, and coach direct reports to support continuous improvement
