Universal Intermodal services all major US Ports and intermodal Rail Ramps, providing domestic door-to-door drayage to and from Ports, Rails, and Customer Facilities. The company operates from 40 terminals and eight container yards, offering Chassis, Containers, Drayage, and Services for Imports, Exports, and Domestic moves. Universal Logistics Holdings, Inc. Requirements
- Class A CDL
- 6 months recent tractor trailer experience
- 2005 truck or newer
Responsibilities
- Plan routes and meet delivery schedules efficiently.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicle systems and equipment.
- Maintain accurate records and other expenses.
- Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations regarding transportation.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery status.
