About The Position

This role involves delivering and retrieving tools and equipment to support operations. The driver will maintain accurate daily logs of activities, including J.S.A.s, equipment movements, maintenance, and repairs. Responsibilities include proper vehicle maintenance, courteous and professional driving, adherence to traffic laws, and consistent coordination with Store Managers and Dispatchers regarding equipment location and condition. The driver must also maintain D.O.T. paperwork, such as Hours of Service Logs, Daily Vehicle Inspection Reports, and Maintenance Records, in compliance with D.O.T. Regulations. Additionally, the role requires exhibiting professional and courteous etiquette and building productive professional relationships with Client Representatives.

Requirements

• Clean driving record required and must be maintained
• Class A C. D. L. Drivers License
• Experience operating a winch truck

Nice To Haves

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. Preferred
• Applicants local to the Carlsbad area preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver & retrieve tools and equipment as needed in support of Operations
• Keep accurate daily log of work activities, times, J.S.A.s, equipment delivered, equipment picked up, maintenance, repairs, etc.
• Properly maintain vehicles
• Drive in a courteous and professional manner at all times
• Observe and obey all traffic laws
• Coordinate with Store Managers and Dispatchers consistently to inform them of equipment location and condition
• Maintain D.O.T. paperwork such as Hours of Service Logs, Daily Vehicle Inspection Reports and Maintenance Records in accordance with D. O. T. Regulations
• Exhibit Professional and courteous etiquette
• Build and maintain productive professional relationships with Client Representatives
