About The Position

EnerStar Solutions is seeking a dependable, safety-focused CDL Class A Heavy Haul Driver to transport fluids, heavy equipment, and field assets while supporting winch operations. This role is crucial for supporting energy operations throughout the Bakken region, playing a key part in fluid hauling, winch operations, rig moves, equipment mobilization, and branch operations. The driver will be a key member of the field operations team, ensuring customer projects run safely and efficiently. Requirements

Valid Class A CDL
Minimum 3 years of heavy haul, oilfield hauling, or commercial trucking experience
Strong understanding of DOT regulations
Experience with load securement and cargo safety
Ability to work independently in remote environments
Clean driving record
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screen
Ability to pass a background check
Previous winch truck experience
Previous fluid hauling experience
Oilfield service experience
Lift up to 75 pounds
Climb, bend, kneel, and perform physical labor
Work outdoors in all weather conditions
Work day, night, weekend, and on-call schedules
Travel and occasionally stay overnight as business needs require
DUI, DWI, OUI, or refusal to submit to a substance test will result in disqualification
Reckless driving convictions will result in disqualification
Hit and run convictions will result in disqualification
Eluding police will result in disqualification
Drag racing violations will result in disqualification
Driving on a suspended or revoked license will result in disqualification
Two or more at-fault accidents within the past three years will result in disqualification
Three or more moving violations within the past three years will result in disqualification

Responsibilities

Transport water, grey water, black water, and other fluids to customer locations.
Transfer assets and equipment between EnerStar branches.
Safely load, unload, and transport fluid handling equipment.
Complete required documentation and delivery tickets.
Transport and deliver heavy equipment and aggregate products.
Support rig moves and equipment relocations.
Operate winch trucks and other specialized equipment.
Ensure proper load securement and weight distribution.
Follow all DOT regulations and EnerStar safety requirements.
Complete daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
Maintain accurate logbooks and records.
Utilize appropriate PPE and safety procedures.
Communicate professionally with customers and dispatch.
Represent EnerStar in a positive manner.
Deliver exceptional service at every location.
When transportation demands are reduced, support branch operations to help ensure equipment, facilities, and customer assets remain operational and ready for deployment.
Assisting with rig moves, equipment installations, and field service activities.
Performing routine maintenance, inspections, cleaning, and minor repairs on trucks, trailers, tanks, and rental equipment.
Supporting equipment preparation, loading, unloading, and mobilization activities.
Assisting with yard organization, inventory management, and branch housekeeping.
Conducting preventative maintenance checks and reporting equipment deficiencies.
Supporting other operational activities as assigned to meet customer and business needs.
