About The Position

EnerStar Solutions is seeking a safety-focused, hardworking CDL Class A driver with a minimum of 3 years of commercial driving experience to join their team in the Powder River Basin. This role involves supporting critical oilfield operations including fluid hauling, equipment transportation, rig moves, and field operations. Requirements

  • Valid Class A CDL
  • Minimum 3 years of commercial driving experience
  • Clean driving record
  • Strong knowledge of DOT regulations
  • Ability to work independently in remote environments
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Must be willing and able to lift up to 75 pounds
  • Must be willing and able to climb, bend, kneel, and perform physical labor
  • Must be willing and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Must be willing and able to work days, nights, weekends, and on-call schedules
  • Must be willing and able to travel and stay overnight when business needs require
  • DUI, DWI, OUI, or refusal to submit to a substance test will result in disqualification
  • Reckless driving convictions will result in disqualification
  • Hit-and-run convictions will result in disqualification
  • Eluding police will result in disqualification
  • Drag racing violations will result in disqualification
  • Driving on a suspended or revoked license will result in disqualification
  • Two or more at-fault accidents within the past three years will result in disqualification
  • Three or more moving violations within the past three years will result in disqualification

Responsibilities

  • Transport heavy equipment, aggregates, and field assets to customer locations.
  • Move equipment between EnerStar branches and worksites.
  • Ensure loads are safely secured and transported.
  • Complete delivery documentation and required paperwork.
  • Haul fresh water, grey water, black water, and other fluids.
  • Operate water trucks and sewer trucks.
  • Transport and relocate fluid handling equipment.
  • Assist with customer service and field support activities.
  • Safely operate winch trucks and related equipment.
  • Assist with rig moves and equipment mobilization projects.
  • Support loading, unloading, and positioning of equipment.
  • Work closely with field crews during operational projects.
  • Assist with rig moves and equipment setups during slow driving periods.
  • Perform equipment inspections and preventative maintenance.
  • Clean, prepare, and stage rental equipment.
  • Assist with yard organization and housekeeping.
  • Support equipment mobilizations and demobilizations.
  • Perform minor maintenance and troubleshooting on trucks, trailers, tanks, and rental equipment.
  • Support field service activities and customer projects as assigned.
  • Follow all DOT regulations and EnerStar safety requirements.
  • Complete daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
  • Maintain accurate DOT records and logbooks.
  • Wear required PPE and follow site-specific safety requirements.
  • Promote EnerStar's commitment to safety and environmental stewardship.
