About The Position

As a Spotter at Pullman Logistics, you will be in communication with our plant to coordinate the loading and offloading of tankers as well as scaling loads on site. You will help to keep our yard organized, and our equipment fueled on site.

Requirements

Must have valid class A Commercial Driver’s License with Tanker Endorsement
Able to safely and efficiently back in trailers and trucks
Must be able to effectively communicate with dock and office staff
Able to maintain good professional communication in a diverse team environment.
Prepared and able to work in all outside conditions
English Language Proficiency (ELP) required in compliance with DOT regulations.
Excellent attention to detail and common sense in daily activities.
Must be able to push, pull, lift, and rotate.
Physical Demand Limit (PDL) generally is at 60-70 lbs. with occasional PDL at 150 lbs.

Responsibilities

Coordinate the loading and offloading of tankers.
Scale loads on site.
Keep the yard organized.
Fuel equipment on site.
Inspect and complete thorough pre and post trips on all equipment.
Maintain all necessary and accurate load paperwork.
Push, pull, lift, and rotate.
Work with a minimal amount of supervision and be a productive member of the team by adhering to all Pullman Global policies.
