About The Position

We’re looking for experienced and safety-minded CDL Drivers to join our growing team in Waxahachie, Texas. This role involves safely operating a CDL Truck from our Waxahachie yard, servicing residential routes with timely pickups and deliveries. You will operate hydraulic and automated lifting systems to load/unload materials and containers. The schedule is consistent: Monday–Friday, starting at 6 AM, with approximately 50–60 hours per week. Clear communication with dispatchers and customers is essential, as is conducting daily pre/post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety.

Requirements

Class A or B CDL with airbrakes
ASL Waste Truck experience preferred
Minimum 1 year of CDL driving experience
Clean MVR and safety-first mindset
Physically able to lift 75+ lbs., climb in/out of truck, and work outdoors in all conditions

Responsibilities
