About The Position

American Driver is seeking full-time W2 Class A CDL drivers based in Rogers, AR. This role is open to candidates with limited or no professional driving experience through a paid Class A training program. Positions are available across OTR, regional, and dedicated fleets, primarily east of I-35. The company offers stable W2 employment with year-round freight and consistent work, with pay ranging from $1,200–$1,500 per week via direct deposit. The training program, lasting three to five weeks, is fully paid for eligible recent CDL school graduates and includes safe tractor-trailer operation, ELD use, trip reporting, and pre/post-trip inspections. Progress is assessed through supervised driving and competency evaluations before solo assignments.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years old.
• Possess a valid Class A CDL.
• Completed at least 120 hours at an accredited CDL school.
• Maintain a satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities
