Requirements

Must possess a Valid Class A CDL Driver's License with a minimum of 2 years recorded experience
Tanker endorsement is required
Must be able to pass DOT Physical & Hair Follicle drug screen
18 years or older and legally able to work in the U.S.

Nice To Haves

Previous military experience and proven ability to follow procedures is a plus.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the operation of shunting/tank trailers and box trailers to specific load/offload areas around the plant and customers warehouse location.
Performs pre & post trip inspections and logs hours in compliance with DOT regulations.
Manages equipment, tools, and paperwork required as well as drives the equipment to needed areas.
Coordinates with Supervisor and Unit Still Person to manage work activities and job scope.
Completes minor maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment.
Performs JSA’s and permitting with the crew and understands safety conditions and hazards.
Completes any other duties that may be assigned to complete the job.
