About The Position

Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. This role involves completing training programs to obtain CDL-B certification, learning and following all safety protocols and procedures, operating vehicles and equipment under supervision, and being self-motivated to study course material at home. The trainee will work closely with trainers and mentors.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Valid Texas Driver’s License with clean driving record.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical capability to handle the demands of the job.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Complete training programs to obtain CDL-B certification.
• Learn and follow all safety protocols and procedures.
• Operate vehicles and equipment under supervision.
• Be self-motivated and study course material at home.
• Work closely with our Trainers and Mentors.
