Town & Country Disposal, a Waste Connections company, is looking for a safety-conscious Local Route Driver to join our expanding team in Spencer & Fostoria, Iowa. This role involves safely operating a company vehicle on designated routes to pick up and transport waste and recycling materials. Requirements
- Valid driver's license (CDL not required – we’ll help you get it!)
- Clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong communication skills

Responsibilities
