About The Position
Kieffer Sanitation, a Waste Connections company, is looking for a safety-conscious Local Route Driver to join our expanding team in Rapid City, South Dakota! No CDL? No problem! We provide the truck, training, and even pay for your CDL to help you grow your career. Waste Connections is an integrated solid waste services company that provides solid waste collection, transfer, disposal and recycling services in mostly exclusive and secondary markets. Requirements
- Valid driver's license (CDL not required – we’ll help you get it!)
- Clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong communication skills
- Commitment to safety and customer service
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a company vehicle on designated routes
- Pick up and transport waste and recycling materials
- Maintain accurate records of pick-ups and deliveries
- Communicate effectively with customers and dispatch
