About The Position
BLOSSMAN GAS & APPLIANCE, INC is seeking qualified applicants for the position of CDL Route Driver at our Gainesville, GA branch location. This is a growing company seeking dedicated route drivers to join our team. Drivers will serve customers in the greater Hall County, GA area and will not be gone overnight or for extended periods. Blossman Gas is the largest independent propane company in America with over 85 locations. CDL Route Sales professionals are responsible for the safe, timely delivery of propane on established routes to commercial and residential customers. This position is ideal for someone with prior propane delivery or route sales experience who enjoys driving locally. The company has an established teamwork culture and seeks a motivated individual desiring professional growth. Success in this role requires enjoyment of customer service, relationship selling, and being a contributing member of a team environment while promoting Blossman's products and services. Driving and delivering in all-weather conditions is necessary, though most days are in pleasant NE GA weather. A strong commitment to safety, consistent with company policy, is essential, and ongoing education is provided. Regular bending, lifting, and pulling are associated with this job, distinguishing it from desk-bound roles. A valid CDL with hazmat and tanker endorsements is required within 90 days of hire, necessitating a clean driving record. The company offers assistance with obtaining these endorsements to support career progression.
