About The Position
BLOSSMAN GAS & APPLIANCE, INC is seeking qualified applicants for the position of CDL Route Driver at our Fredericksburg branch location. We are a growing company seeking dedicated route drivers to join our team, serving customers daily in the Spotsylvania, Stafford, and King George County, VA areas. Blossman Gas is the largest independent propane company in America with over 85 locations. Our CDL Route Sales professionals are responsible for the safe, timely delivery of propane on established routes to commercial and residential customers. This position is ideal for someone with prior propane delivery or route sales experience who enjoys driving locally and being home nightly. The company fosters an established teamwork culture, seeking a motivated individual desiring professional growth. The role requires customer service skills, occasional on-call duty, and contributing to a team-oriented work environment while promoting Blossman's products and services. Driving and delivering in all-weather conditions is routine, and a strong commitment to safety is essential. Regular bending, lifting, and pulling are associated with this job.
Requirements
- Valid CDL.
- Clean driving record.
- Prior propane delivery or route sales experience.
- Prior mechanical experience.
- Customer service skills.
- Ability to drive and deliver in all-weather conditions.
- Ability to perform regular bending, lifting and pulling.
- Hazmat and tanker endorsements within 90 days of hire.
