About The Position

Waste Connections is looking for a CDL Permit Driver to join their team in Richwoods, Missouri. The company is looking to grow employees with them and will provide the truck and training to help grow your career as a CDL driver. They will pay for your CDL schooling, with the only requirement being that you obtain your CDL permit before your first day. A CDL permit is not required before applying. The pay range is $18 - $21 per hour, with a schedule of Monday - Friday with an occasional Saturday, starting at 6 am.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a commercial permit before your start date
• Clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company vehicle on designated routes
• Pick up and transport waste and recycling materials
• Maintain accurate records of pick-ups and deliveries
• Communicate effectively with customers and dispatch
• Follow all safety regulations and company policies
• Complete daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Provide excellent customer service
• Report any issues or concerns to management
