About The Position

Transport freight, materials, and equipment between company offices located in Fargo, Bismarck, Minot, Williston, and Brooklyn Park, as well as to designated job sites. Load and unload trailers safely and efficiently while ensuring all cargo is properly secured and compliant with DOT regulations. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on trucks and trailers to verify safe operating condition and report maintenance needs. Operate forklifts and skid-steers to assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials. Support yard and field crews as needed based on workload demands. Maintain basic knowledge of yard organization, including locations of DFC materials, 3D materials, and tools. Participate in biweekly toolbox meetings covering safety, training, deadlines, and product knowledge. Demonstrate teamwork, flexibility, and a positive attitude while assisting in multiple areas of the company during downtime. Complete additional duties and assignments as directed by supervisors.

Requirements

  • Valid Commercial Driver's License Required
  • Required to stand for long periods of time
  • Must be able to lift or move up to 50 pounds
  • Occasionally required to walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, climb stairs or ladders, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch
  • Work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
  • Strictly follows safety policies, rules, and safe work methods.
  • Promptly corrects or reports safety hazards or unsafe conditions.
  • Promptly reports injuries for diagnosis and treatment.
  • Makes regular suggestions for safety process improvements to support continuous improvement in safety.
