The CDL & Fleet Driver will contribute to the mission of the PTSD Foundation of America, safely transporting veterans to various locations and demonstrating the appropriate level of urgency, discipline, empathy, and professionalism in every situation. When not driving, the CDL & Fleet Driver will also learn to become an experienced and trusted advisor. Share with others information about their own career path, as well as provide guidance, motivation, emotional support, and role modeling. Will work with at-risk residents, either with substance abuse, psychiatric disorders, and/or behavioral issues. The Camp Hope CDL & Fleet Driver will perform driving duties encompassing but not limited to transporting residents to required destinations, picking up/delivering donated materials, and maintaining and upkeeping fleet vehicles. Be enthusiastic about working with a diverse group of people with combat trauma while safely operating a variety of vehicles, including but not limited to 50-passenger buses, 12/15-passenger vans, 1-ton trucks, etc.
