About The Position
The CDL Egg Truck Driver is responsible for safely and efficiently transporting eggs, ensuring the integrity of the load and compliance with all regulations. This role involves performing pre-trip inspections, maintaining proper documentation, and communicating effectively with dispatchers.
Requirements
- Class A Commercial Drivers License required.
- 1+ year verifiable commercial driving experience required.
- Clean driving record.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload buggies and cases in a gentle and careful manner.
- Perform pre-trip inspection.
- Ensure safety of load.
- Maintain proper documentation.
- Comply with established company fueling procedures.
- Communicate with dispatchers.
- Maintain vehicle and equipment cleanliness at all times.
- Comply with DOT, company, biosecurity, FSMA, local, state and federal laws, policies, practices and procedures.
- Perform all other relevant duties as assigned.
