Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (for CDL A)
  • Valid Class B Commercial Driver’s License (for CDL B)
  • At least 21 years of age
  • English (verbal and written) fluency (for CDL A)
  • Understand, read, and write English (for CDL B)
  • Able to repeatedly lift and carry up to 75 lbs. (for CDL B)
  • Able to stand, bend, and walk for extended periods of time (for CDL B)
  • Basic knowledge of Windows-based software (Word, Excel, etc) (for CDL B)
  • Willing and able to wear company-provided personal protective equipment such as eye protection, foot protection, Tyvek coveralls, and respirator (as needed) (for CDL B)
  • Pass a DOT physical, drug test and DEA background check

Nice To Haves

  • TWIC Card (for CDL A)
  • Tanker endorsement (for CDL A)
  • Hazmat endorsement (for CDL A)
  • Hazmat endorsement (candidates will be expected to obtain as a condition of employment after hire) (for CDL B)
  • Valid TWIC Card (for CDL B)
  • At least 1 year of route driving experience (for CDL B)
  • Knowledge of hazardous materials and OSHA regulations (for CDL B)

Responsibilities

  • Traveling to locations on your assigned route, you will be responsible for packing, transporting and properly disposing of waste material in accordance with our environmentally responsible policies and procedures.
  • Traveling to locations along an assigned route where you will be responsible for packing, transporting, and properly disposing of waste materials in accordance with our environmentally responsible policies and procedures.
  • Maintenance of records with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow instruction.
  • Ability to work independently once provided proper training.
