About The Position
Ancon provides industrial cleaning and services to customers such as refineries and power plants. CDL Operators work in conditions that may include working outdoors, at heights, in confined spaces, and in heat, while following safe work procedures. Out-of-town travel is required depending on assignments. CDL Drivers may qualify to train for Foreman and Supervisor positions, which come with pay increases. Ancon is a third-generation family-owned and operated company that supports employees in developing their skills and abilities into long-term careers.
Requirements
- Safe driving record and good motor vehicle record (MVR).
- Valid Class A driver's license with Tanker and Hazmat endorsements.
- TWIC card required.
- Ability to work as a team player with a good attitude and schedule flexibility.
- Physically fit for the physical work requirements and able to pass a respirator fit test.
- Onboarding and random drug testing are required.

- Vacuum truck experience.
