About The Position

The Class A CDL Delivery Driver is responsible for providing customers with reliable and efficient delivery of all ERD products through merchandising and servicing. This role involves calling on assigned accounts, managing inventory, and ensuring customer satisfaction while operating a company vehicle safely and obeying all traffic regulations. The driver will also be responsible for completing sales tickets, obtaining payment, and handling all related paperwork.

Requirements

• A high school diploma
• A clean motor vehicle record for the past three (3) years.
• Must have a current valid Class A CDL and Medical Card
• Must have excellent customer service skills
• Have strong attention to detail and follow-through skills
• Excellent communication skills with customers and co-workers
• Strong knowledge of product characteristics
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
• Requires the ability to work independently, exercising sound judgment and initiative.
• Ability to deal with problems involving multiple solutions in standardized situations.

Responsibilities

• Delivering and servicing all Eagle Rock Distributing Co products within assigned accounts.
• Merchandising and stocking all coolers to effectively sell product.
• Calling on each account as scheduled.
• Managing, rotating, and maintaining a neat inventory in each account.
• Honoring all personal and business commitments to all customers.
• Operating company vehicle safely, courteously, and obeying all traffic regulations.
• Completing all sales tickets, obtaining payment for the product at each account, and all related paperwork.
