About The Position

A.C. Moate Industries, Inc. is seeking an experienced CDL Driver for their asphalt, sealcoat, and concrete operations. The ideal candidate will be a reliable, safety-focused operator responsible for material transport, jobsite coordination, and equipment maintenance. This role requires an understanding of construction environments, equipment upkeep, and clear communication with crews and dispatch.

Requirements

• Valid Washington State driver’s license with clean driving record
• CDL required
• Valid DOT Medical Card
• Must pass drug screening
• Ability to work day and night shifts
• Weekend availability
• Ability to work in all weather conditions
• Willingness to travel for out-of-town work (including Oregon and Idaho)

Nice To Haves

• Tanker endorsement preferred

Responsibilities

• Practice safe and professional driving at all times
• Transport materials from plants to job sites
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Secure and tarp loads properly
• Maintain accurate driving logs
• Communicate with dispatch and supervisors
• Comply with all DOT regulations
• Keep vehicles clean and in working condition
• Safely maneuver and operate dump trucks and equipment
