About The Position

JENNMAR Services is currently seeking full-time Class A and Class B CDL Ready-Mix Truck Drivers to join our growing team in Grand Junction, Colorado. We are looking for dependable, safety-focused, and motivated individuals who want to build a long-term career in the construction industry. This role is ideal for those who enjoy working outdoors, take pride in operating equipment safely, and want to be part of projects that help build local communities.

Requirements

• Valid CDL Class B required (Class A preferred).
• Tanker Endorsement required.
• Minimum 1–3 years of commercial truck driving experience (ready-mix experience is a plus).
• Current DOT Medical Card.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to climb in and out of the truck multiple times throughout the day.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong work ethic with excellent attendance and reliability.

Nice To Haves

• Class A CDL preferred.
• Ready-mix experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a ready-mix concrete truck to deliver concrete to customer job sites.
• Deliver concrete accurately and on schedule.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Maintain the cleanliness and basic upkeep of the truck and report maintenance concerns promptly.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and job site personnel.
• Follow all DOT regulations, company policies, and safety procedures.
• Complete required delivery paperwork and inspection reports.
• Assist in maintaining efficient operations while providing excellent customer service.
