About The Position

Izzio Artisan Bakery is the #1 selling sourdough bread in America, focused on providing customers with great breads created using traditional methods and the best possible ingredients. Our people are a major part of our process and success. We are looking to hire a CDL Driver for Izzio who will be responsible for completing daily delivery routes in a safe and timely manner, with a strong focus on safety and productivity. This role requires full compliance with all federal, state, and local road regulations, including all DOT operating and record-keeping procedures. Duties may include, but are not limited to, breaking down product, shelf stacking, offloading using electric pallet jacks, performing pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections, and collecting all required delivery documentation.

Requirements

Class “A” CDL License in good standing
Ability to work in the United States
Must be 21 years of age or older
A minimum of 3 years of commercial driving experience
Must be able to lift 50+ pound repeatedly
Ability to operate MHE equipment
Experience delivering into food/consumer goods with shelf life
Basic experienced with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, and Outlook
Maintain regular, consistent attendance & punctuality.
Must have a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

Liftgate, reefer, electric pallet jack and forklift experience helpful

Responsibilities

Complete daily delivery routes safely and on time, with a strong focus on safety and productivity
Comply with all federal, state, and local transportation laws and regulations, including DOT operating and record-keeping requirements
Break down product and perform shelf stacking as required
Offload products using electric pallet jacks
Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safe operation
Collect and maintain all required delivery and transportation documentation
Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor
