About The Position

As a CDL Driver at GXO, you will safely transport materials between company facilities and ensure the timely, accurate movement of products and equipment that support daily operations. The role involves local routes with daily home time and driving a 53-foot tractor-trailer around the site or on public roads. This is a touch-freight position. The listed schedule is Friday through Monday, 10:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. Pay starts at $29.00 per hour, plus a $2.00 per-hour shift differential; overtime pay is available after 40 hours worked per week. Requirements

At least 6 months of CDL experience within the last 3 years operating the same type of equipment required for the position, or larger.
At least 21 years old.
Current, valid Class A CDL and an acceptable motor vehicle record (MVR).
Appropriate additional Hazmat and Tanker endorsements if required.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience moving multiple types of trailers, such as tanks, vans and flatbeds.
