CDL Driver with a Stay on Bonus
About The Position
Join C&S Waste Solutions – A Waste Connections Company. We have an immediate opening for a dependable CDL driver looking for a stable local route and great pay in Susanville, CA. This position offers full benefits and long-term career growth. You will safely operate one of our vehicles across different lines of business, run local routes in Susanville and surrounding areas, and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs and climbing in/out of trucks. You will also conduct routine inspections and basic maintenance, and deliver excellent service to customers while maintaining a professional attitude.
Requirements
- Valid CDL (A or B) with a clean driving record
- 2+ years of experience with manual transmission and 53’ trailers
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather conditions
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Compliance with DOT and company safety policies

- Training available for Roll-Off trucks
