About The Position

Wright Block & Brick is seeking a dependable and safety-minded Driver to join our team in Nicholasville, Kentucky. This position is responsible for delivering masonry and landscape products to residential and commercial job sites while providing excellent customer service. Drivers will operate a 10-wheel straight truck and use a Moffett (truck-mounted) forklift to safely unload materials at delivery locations.

Requirements

• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Previous forklift experience required.
• Clean driving record and commitment to safe driving practices.
• Ability to lift, move, and handle masonry and landscape products as required.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to work independently while representing the company in a professional manner.

Nice To Haves

• Moffett experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company straight truck to transport products to customer job sites.
• Operate a Moffett or forklift to load, unload, and place materials safely and efficiently.
• Deliver products to residential neighborhoods, commercial projects, and contractor job sites.
• Inspect vehicles and equipment before and after each shift and report any maintenance concerns.
• Secure loads properly and comply with all DOT regulations and company safety policies.
• Communicate professionally with customers and coworkers to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.
• Complete delivery paperwork and maintain accurate records.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and general yard duties as needed.
