About The Position

Hallcon provides essential services spanning multi-modal operations, integrated command centers, electric vehicle (EV) infrastructure, technology integration, analytics, business intelligence, fleet management, specialty cleaning, and overall rider experience performance.

Requirements

Must have a clean driving record
Must be at least 21 years of age
Be able to read, write and speak in English to the extent necessary to perform essential job duties
Must have a minimum of 3 years of commercial driving experience
Must have and maintain a Class A or B license with Passenger Endorsement and Airbrake Endorsement
Must have and maintain a current DOT Medical Certificate

Nice To Haves

Experience transporting passengers in a shuttle, transit, commuter, or public transportation environment.
Experience working with client-facing transportation services.
Familiarity with DOT regulations and safety compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

Safely transport passengers along assigned routes while maintaining on-time performance and delivering outstanding customer service.
Operate commercial vehicles in accordance with all federal, state, and local traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company safety standards.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and promptly report mechanical or safety concerns.
Maintain consistent communication with dispatch regarding route updates, delays, incidents, or operational needs.
Complete all required documentation accurately, including daily vehicle inspections, driver logs, incident reports, and operational records.
Document operational issues and service disruptions to support continuous improvement and trend analysis.
Assist passengers in a professional, courteous, and respectful manner while fostering a positive customer experience.
Maintain a clean, professional appearance and represent the company with integrity at all times.
