About The Position
MV Transportation is seeking a CDL Driver. This position offers a starting rate of $24 per hour, paid training, and several paid holidays. Drivers will not work Sundays and will have PTO and vacation time after an introductory period. All runs are scheduled to return to the yard before 9 pm each day.
Requirements
- Must have CDL B with Passenger and Airbrake endorsement - willing to assist the right applicant(s) on receiving proper endorsement if needed.
- Ability to report to work on time and in proper uniform as outlined in the Employee Handbook.
- Must be able to read, write and speak English.
- Maintain a strong attendance record.
Responsibilities
- Perform pre-tip and post vehicle inspections.
- Safely operate a passenger transportation vehicle.
- Maintain a good rapport with the general public.
- Follow company safety and operational rules and procedures.
- Write reports in coherent, legible manner.
- Other functions that may be assigned.
- Respect and maintain the confidentiality of non-public customer and business records and any other information that MV classifies as confidential.
