About The Position

This is a hands-on, physical, and outdoor role where you will install and service illuminated and non-illuminated signs and lighting. You will work on lifts, rooftops, ladders, and trucks. The job involves driving and operating sign trucks, loading trucks with tools and materials, and communicating with the office, crew, and customers. SkyRite offers a training path to become a licensed Journeyman Sign Electrician, with opportunities for career growth, increased pay, and leadership roles.

Requirements

A valid commercial driver's license
5 months of CDL driving experience
A reliable work ethic
Comfortable with heights, ladders, and physical labor
Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and work as a team

Nice To Haves

Some MIG welding experience
Electrical knowledge

Responsibilities

Drive & operate sign trucks
Help install and service illuminated and non-illuminated signs and lighting
Read drawings, review job specs, and follow codes to get it right the first time
Load your truck with tools, materials, and equipment to minimize return trips
Communicate clearly with the office, your crew, and the customer
Use checklists, document your work, and take pride in a job well done
