About The Position

SkyRite is seeking a CDL Driver / Sign Installer who enjoys working outdoors, solving problems with their hands, and seeing the results of their work light up a skyline. This role is full-time and hourly, with the opportunity for steady overtime. The job is hands-on, physical, and outdoors, involving work on lifts, rooftops, ladders, and trucks. Responsibilities include installing and servicing signs and lighting, reading drawings, following codes, loading trucks, and communicating with the team and customers. SkyRite offers a training path to develop skills, learn the trade, and earn licenses for career growth into roles like Journeyman Sign Electricians.

Requirements

• Valid commercial driver's license
• 5 months of CDL driving experience
• Reliable work ethic
• Comfortable with heights, ladders, and physical labor
• Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and work as a team

Nice To Haves

• Some MIG welding experience
• Electrical knowledge

Responsibilities

• Drive and operate sign trucks
• Install and service illuminated and non-illuminated signs and lighting
• Read drawings, review job specs, and follow codes
• Load truck with tools, materials, and equipment
• Communicate clearly with the office, crew, and customer
• Use checklists and document work
