About The Position

We are looking for a CDL DRIVER MENTOR to join our team in Denison, TX. As a CDL Driver Mentor with Quikrete Heavy Construction Materials, you will be responsible for training drivers in the safe and efficient operation of ready-mix trucks while performing deliveries to residential and industrial job sites. Duties include coordinating with Dispatch and Batch Plant Supervisors, maintaining equipment cleanliness and minor maintenance, supporting safe batch plant operations, and ensuring strict safety procedures are followed when backing and working alongside Material Spotters/Dump Men. When not mentoring another driver, the mentor will work as a Ready-Mix Driver.

Requirements

Minimum of 5-years of Ready-Mix Driving Experience.
Valid state commercial driver's license (CDL) - Class A or B.

Responsibilities

Train drivers in the safe and efficient operation of ready-mix trucks.
