About The Position
The Employee Connect is sourcing experienced CDL-A driver mentors for a dedicated dry freight fleet based out of Front Royal, VA. This dedicated position pairs qualified lead drivers with new CDL-A hires to support training, compliance, and on-road development. Ideal for experienced CDL-A professionals with a clean safety record who are ready to step into a leadership-level driving role with premium pay. Route Details Dry van — dedicated delivery routes Mid-Atlantic dedicated lanes Consistent freight volume with structured weekly dispatch Schedule Home daily — no overnight stays required Consistent daily dispatch with structured route times
Requirements
- Valid CDL-A license
- Must currently be an active, approved CDL-A driver mentor in good standing with a carrier
- Minimum 2 years verifiable CDL-A tractor-trailer experience
- Clean MVR and driving record
- Must live within commutable distance of Front Royal, VA
