About The Position

PODS Enterprises, LLC is seeking a qualified CDL Driver to join our team. This local driving position offers competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package. The ideal candidate will possess a valid CDL Class B license, a strong work ethic, and the ability to meet our driver qualification standards. This role involves hands-on work and requires good math and communication skills. New hires will attend a mandatory 2-week training program.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Valid CDL Class B License Required without air brake restriction
• Must maintain a current/valid driver license
• Must meet PODS Driver Qualification Standards
• Must be at least 21 years of age (insurance requirement)
• Possess a valid Medical Examiner's Certificate or ability to obtain a minimum of a 1 year certification (DOT requirement)
• Possess math skills sufficient to perform required duties
• Or an equivalent combination of education, training or experience
• Ability to attend required 2-week New Hire Driver Training Program

Nice To Haves

• Hands on experience with electronic equipment and software preferred

Responsibilities

• Operate a commercial vehicle to transport goods locally.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Maintain accurate logs and records.
• Assist with loading and unloading as needed.
• Attend required new hire driver training program.
