About The Position

We are looking for an experienced truck driver to serve our supply chain logistics department in a safe and timely manner.

Experienced truck driver
Valid CDL
Ability to serve supply chain logistics department in a safe and timely manner
Ability to plan routes and meet delivery schedules
Knowledge of truck driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations, parking and break periods)
Ability to comply with company policies and procedures
Ability to maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions
Ability to collect and verify delivery instructions
Ability to inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues
Ability to perform preventative maintenance
Ability to document and log work/rest periods and mileages spent driving
Ability to refuel, retain gas receipts and clean truck
Ability to report defects, accidents or violations to the dispatcher and office

Transport finished goods and raw materials over land to and from manufacturing plants or vendors, stores and distribution centers
Plan routes and meet delivery schedules
