About The Position

The Buehler’s Truck Driver is a vital position within our Warehouse Department. This role is responsible for safely loading and unloading products, operating an 18-wheel semi to and from various locations, managing recycled waste, delivering internal store mail, and returning equipment. Drivers must also perform pre-trip inspections and report any issues. The position requires manual dexterity, auditory and visual skills, the ability to follow instructions, and perform basic to intermediate math. Physical requirements include sitting, stooping, bending, reaching, carrying, repetitive lifting up to 80 lbs, and occasional lifting up to 100 lbs. Requirements

  • 21 years or older
  • CDL Class A
  • Willing to go under random substance screening
  • Certified DOT Paperwork

Responsibilities

  • Safely load and unload products from Warehouse and Central Kitchen
  • Operate 18-wheel semi to and from Warehouse and Store locations
  • Responsible for bringing back all recycled waste
  • Empty pallets
  • Deliver internal store mail
  • Return all necessary Food Service and Bakery equipment to the Warehouse
  • Perform a “pretrip” on the assigned truck and report any and all issues to the Warehouse Manager
  • Deliver produce to the stores using the Produce Truck
  • Manage and unload any late inbound deliveries
