About The Position

Superior Environmental Solutions (SES) is looking for a safety-focused CDL Driver / Account Manager to join our dynamic team. This role involves organizing client pick-up and delivery schedules, interacting professionally with clients, and ensuring safety compliance. The position also requires driving and operating CDL-required equipment, documenting information accurately, communicating effectively with customers, leading subordinate personnel, troubleshooting equipment, and performing minor repairs as needed. Maintaining company property is also a key responsibility.

Requirements

  • Must be a minimum of 21 years old.
  • Must have and maintain a Class “A” CDL license with a Tanker Endorsement (N) or Combination of Tanker and Hazardous (X) endorsement, air brakes, and current DOT medical certificate.
  • CDL restriction codes not acceptable for this position include No Air Breaks (L), Intrastate Only (K), No Full Air Breaks (Z), No Manual Transmission (E), and Medical Variance (V).
  • Must have experience driving at least a manual 10-speed transmission or higher.
  • Maintain insurability under the company’s insurance plan.
  • Must be able to comprehend and understand the English language to a level that all safety instructions and emergency situations are complied with.
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment, random, reasonable suspicion, and or post-accident/injury Substance abuse screening and background check.
  • Distinguish emergency signals and instructions while on duty.
  • Must be able to work in extreme conditions such as; heat, cold, dust, and wet conditions for extended periods of time.
  • Must be able to wear protective clothing such as safety glasses, steel-toe shoes, coveralls, and hearing protection.

Nice To Haves

  • Training will be provided by SES for Account Manager duties.

Responsibilities

  • Organizing the pick-up and delivery schedule of all clients.
  • Interacting with clients in a professional manner and providing excellent customer service.
  • Ensuring that Safety is the first priority by complying with all safe work practices, rules, regulations, and safety policies.
  • Driving and operating all CDL required equipment in a safe and professional manner, including Roll-Off Trucks, Flat Bed Trucks, and Service Trucks.
  • Performing Pre/Post Trip inspections on units.
  • Properly documenting all Company, Federal, State, and Customer documentation/paperwork as required.
  • Effectively and professionally communicating with an on-site customer representative.
  • Leading and directing subordinate personnel to perform duties in a safe, timely, and efficient manner.
  • Troubleshooting equipment, and performing minor repairs as needed.
  • Ensuring equipment and company property is maintained in proper condition.
