About The Position

SiteOne Landscape Supply is seeking dedicated CDL Drivers to operate company vehicles and deliver landscape, nursery, forestry, and irrigation products to customers. This role involves loading and unloading trucks, collaborating with teammates to ensure branch success, and utilizing in-vehicle dash cameras for safety and performance enhancement. The position requires adherence to all safety protocols and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL license
• Ability to read and write to record and maintain daily records
• Ability to perform physical requirements such as bending, lifting, stretching and reaching both below the waist and above the head on a daily basis
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Ready and willing to learn and adopt new technologies and ways of working
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual Proficiency - candidates who are conversational in English/Spanish are preferred
• Experience operating a Manual shift may be preferred
• Experience operating a Moffett or other truck-mounted forklift may be preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

• Operate vehicle in accordance with local, state and federal transportation regulations
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service to all SiteOne customers
• Cultivate and manage strong relationships with customers
• Assist customers with their questions and needs, either in person or over the phone
• Pull and prepare inventory orders for customer pick up or delivery
• Partner with branch leadership to understand and implement new technologies and ways of working to help positively impact business performance
• Assist with other branch responsibilities as needed
• Do not obstruct or interfere with in-vehicle dash cameras, which must remain on during working time. Cameras may be turned off during off-duty time.
• Adhere to all SiteOne safety and security protocols, including but not limited to required use of in-vehicle dash cameras.
