About The Position

Austin Powder Company is seeking a CDL Class B Driver - Operator who is looking for a career to be home nightly, including weekends. This role involves being hands-on, working outdoors, and driving in a safety-first culture. The position offers the opportunity to learn all aspects of safely handling explosives, including inventory, loading, unloading, and transporting product at local distribution centers and customer job sites. The driver will also operate MMU's (Mobile Manufacturing Units) and learn the technical aspects of staging product in the field at customer job sites. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys driving but wants a balance of being hands-on, boots on the ground, and staying active, with the ability to lift 50 lbs. The work schedule is Monday - Friday.

Requirements

• CDL Class B with Tanker/Hazmat endorsements.
• Clean driving record (consideration will be given to CDL holders needing endorsements).
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Inventory, load, unload, and transport product.
• Operate MMU's (Mobile Manufacturing Units).
• Stage product in the field at customer job sites.
• Safely handle explosives.
