CDL Class A OTR Drivers – Solo & Team | Direct Hire
About The Position
Next Level Staffing LLC is recruiting experienced CDL Class A drivers for solo and team over-the-road (OTR) opportunities with an established transportation company. Drivers are expected to be dependable, safety-conscious, and willing to travel nationwide for extended periods. Routes include dedicated lanes throughout the lower 48 states, with coast-to-coast opportunities and a minimum three-week OTR cycle. The position offers consistent miles, regular routes, no-touch freight, 24/7 dispatch support, and no forced dispatch. Drivers operate 53-foot dry van trailers and mostly 2023–2026, fully equipped and well-maintained trucks. Fuel and travel expenses are covered. Pay is $1.00 per dispatched mile per driver for team drivers and $0.75 per dispatched mile for solo drivers, paid weekly with the first paycheck the following week.
Requirements
- Valid CDL Class A license.
- At least 1–2 years of verifiable CDL Class A driving experience.
- No DUI or SAP history, as applicable to hiring requirements.
- Successfully complete a road test.
- Ability to safely operate commercial vehicles.
- Strong commitment to safety and reliability.
- Willingness to travel nationwide for extended periods.
Responsibilities

- Travel nationwide for extended periods, including OTR cycles of at least three weeks.
- Follow dedicated lanes and regular routes throughout the lower 48 states.
