About The Position

Rouse Trucking is hiring experienced CDL-A drivers for regional routes throughout the Northeast and Midwest. This position offers consistent weekend home time, late-model equipment, and a pay structure built for professional drivers who value stability. The routes are regional, averaging 250 miles per run, with approximately 50% drop and hook operations and all non-touch freight. Dispatch is managed by experienced professionals who prioritize clear communication and respect for drivers' time. Requirements

Valid Class A commercial license.
At least one year of verifiable over-the-road experience.
Professional CDL-A drivers who take the work seriously.

Familiarity with dispatch communication and professional trucking operations.

Responsibilities

Operate regional routes throughout the Northeast and Midwest.
Handle approximately 50% drop and hook operations.
Ensure all freight is non-touch.
Maintain professional standards and adhere to safety protocols.
Participate in orientation and training.

Benefits

Weekly pay between $1,400 and $1,500, deposited every Friday.
$1,200 minimum weekly guarantee for CDL-A drivers maintaining professional standards.
