About The Position

Flint Logistics is seeking experienced CDL Class A Drivers for dedicated regional lanes operating in Virginia and West Virginia. This position offers a consistent route structure with guaranteed weekly home time and a 34-hour reset. Drivers will handle freight with driver-assist using a pallet jack and will operate 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia and Kenworth trucks. The role involves drop-hook and live unload freight, with specific routing designed to maximize weekly mileage efficiency. Drivers living within 30 miles of Roanoke, VA may be eligible for daily 10-hour breaks at home. The position requires overnight operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with holiday coverage being mandatory.

Requirements

Valid CDL-A license
Current DOT physical
Residence in the hiring area (within 30 miles of Roanoke, VA for potential daily home breaks)

Responsibilities

Operate dedicated regional lanes with guaranteed weekly home time.
Maintain a consistent route structure.

Complete four weekly loads covering approximately 2,000 miles.
Conduct overnight operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Perform holiday coverage as mandatory.
Engage in drop-hook and live unload freight operations.
Utilize powered pallet jacks for freight movement.
Follow Indianapolis backhaul routing for mileage efficiency.
