About The Position

Rinvio is hiring a full-time, W-2 CDL Class A Driver / Equipment Operator for an on-site client assignment in Abilene, Texas. The role combines commercial driving, equipment operation, and physical crew support. The balance of hauling, machine operation, and hands-on work may change as the project progresses. The usual schedule is Monday through Thursday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., with flexibility for schedule changes. Additional hours may be offered, but overtime is not guaranteed. A resume is required to apply. Requirements

Hold a valid Class A commercial driver's license.
Be able to operate manual-transmission vehicles and tow trailers, including the specified tractor-and-trailer setup.
Be willing to perform physical labor and support the crew through changing combinations of driving and equipment tasks.
Be available for the usual Monday-through-Thursday schedule from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., with flexibility for schedule changes.

Responsibilities

Drive a tractor with a 10-speed manual gearbox while towing a belly-dump trailer.
Operate other vehicles as needed, including manual-transmission dump trucks and a water truck.
Assist the crew with physical tasks at the worksite.
Take on equipment duties as needed, potentially operating skid-steers, backhoes, rollers, or maintainers.
Move between truck assignments, equipment operation, and manual labor according to project needs.
