About The Position

Rinvio is hiring a full-time, W-2 CDL Class A Driver / Equipment Operator to work on site with its client in Abilene, Texas. This role combines commercial driving, equipment operation, and hands-on crew support. The balance of hauling, machine operation, and physical work will change as the project progresses. The position typically works Monday through Thursday, from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., with flexibility for schedule changes. Additional hours may be offered, but overtime is not guaranteed. Requirements

A valid Class A commercial driver's license.
Ability to operate manual-transmission vehicles and tow trailers, including the described tractor-and-trailer setup.
Willingness to perform physical labor and support the crew through changing combinations of driving and equipment tasks.
Availability for the usual Monday-through-Thursday workweek, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., with flexibility for schedule changes.

Responsibilities

Drive a tractor with a 10-speed manual gearbox while towing a belly-dump trailer.
Operate other vehicles as needed, including dump trucks with manual transmissions and a water truck.
Assist the crew with physical tasks at the worksite.
Perform equipment duties as needed, potentially operating skid-steers, backhoes, rollers, or maintainers.
Move between truck assignments, equipment operation, and manual labor according to project needs.
