About The Position

Rentals To Go is seeking Driver/Service Technicians to travel to various sites to operate a company service truck. The role involves servicing, pumping, and cleaning portable restrooms or holding tanks. This is a crucial role in the company's operations, with potential for local, regional, and over-the-road trucking routes. The position requires regular exposure to outside weather conditions, moving mechanical parts, and fumes or airborne particles, with a typically loud work environment.

Requirements

HS Diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience.
At least 1-year general vehicle driving experience
Valid Driver License CDL Class B or CDL Class A
Ability to pass a Criminal Background Check

Responsibilities

Perform basic service truck driving functions in accordance with RTG and DOT requirements.
Perform all work duties in a safe manner in accordance with RTG and DOT safety standards to ensure no accidents or injuries.
Perform duties by sitting, standing, stooping, kneeling, crouching or crawling.
Perform lifting/pushing between 50 and 150 lbs. on a frequent basis during work shift.
Conduct portable toilets servicing upholding RTG service standards.
Perform customer service interaction when on customer work sites to ensure they are getting the services completed to their standard.
Be flexible in order to meet customer needs when routes need to be adjusted or changed.
Provide routing feedback to Operations Manager/Supervisor/Coordinator to be most efficient as well as giving the customer the best service possible.
Strategically plan for customer needs by discussing their portable toilet needs, so the customer's current and future needs are satisfied.
