CDL Bus Driver - Naples / Southwest Florida
About The Position
Dolphin Transportation Specialist, a member of the Hoffmann Family of Companies, is seeking experienced CDL drivers with a Passenger endorsement for Part-Time and Full-Time positions in the Naples/Southwest Florida region. We are the largest independently owned fleet of luxury vehicles in South Florida and are expanding. We are looking for courteous, friendly team players with excellent work ethic and a passion for customer service. Drivers will operate Shuttle, Mini-Buses, or Motor Coaches, primarily dispatched from the Naples location. Dolphin Transportation operates 24/7, 365 days a year, with varying shifts including mornings, afternoons, and evenings, and weekend work is expected. We are the preferred transportation provider for luxury resorts, colleges, universities, hotels, and cruise ports in Florida.
Requirements
- CDL, class "A" or "B" with no Airbrakes restrictions.
- Passenger (P) endorsement required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Passenger endorsement.
- DOT medical card.
- Clean driving record (no more than 3 points).
- Must be 25 years of age or older (as per Insurance carrier).
- Able to pass pre-employment drug test and random drug and alcohol tests.
- Smart phone with Bluetooth capability.
- Bluetooth earpiece.
- Car phone holder.
- Black Suit, black shoes, white button-down shirt.
Nice To Haves
- Verifiable Motor Coach experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Drive Shuttle, Mini-Buses, or Motor Coaches.
- Interact with passengers.
- Load and unload luggage.
- Interpret and follow maps and dispatch instructions.
- Adjust to work schedule and business needs.
- Lift luggage.
